CHALLENGE:

For their 2011 season, LOOK Musical Theater needed to pull a wider audience into their shows, and get patrons and the board excited about the upcoming season. They also needed to align PR and marketing efforts across all channels to meet ticket sales goals.

SOLUTION:

Dramatic visuals on the website helped LOOK attract attention and celebrate their rich history. Instead of feeling ashamed of the site, board members and fans were excited to share it. Visitors could experience the performances through video and picture galleries, see upcoming shows, and purchase tickets online.

A custom Facebook page helped them reach a younger audience, and build viral excitement about upcoming shows. Email newsletters gave VIP previews of events, shows, and cast members. Market research and detailed analytics supported informed marketing decisions, with monthly consulting to keep things on course.
