business timing

Like it or not, we’re about to spring forward.

Daylight Savings Time begins at 2 a.m. on March 14, 2021, so set your clocks forward one hour before you go to bed this Saturday night.

Why This Is Important for Your Business

Synchronizing watches seems like a silly throwback to the spy comics, but in business it’s no joke. And when the time change hits, it becomes a matter of life and…well, failure to be consistent.

Seriously, keeping everyone on the same page requires thoughtfulness and efficiency. Something we all need more of these days. No matter what time of year, it’s important to stay together on projects, work ethic, courtesy and time…all the time.

Daylight Savings Time serves to highlight that with a giant blinking reminder: be on time or you might get left behind.

On that note…

Let us be the first to remind you to inform your employees of the time change. If necessary, have your IT department set your computers’ default time to change automatically on the scheduled date and time.

Have a great day! (And don’t oversleep on Monday.)
