The Challenge
The Oklahoma City and Tulsa Melting Pot locations needed a consistent stream of reservations from local customers.
National advertising focused on broad brand messaging, but there was room for improvement. The local restaurants had unique insights into their marketplaces, and wanted more control and direct access to the results their campaigns were achieving so they could optimize accordingly.
Budgets were limited, and every dollar had to produce real bookings.
What We Did
Aqua Vita Creative was selected as the local partner for The Melting Pot’s Tulsa and Oklahoma City locations, managing Google Ads, Meta campaigns, and results tracking for both locations.
We built a clear structure that included brand search, non-brand search, and Performance Max campaigns on Google, plus seasonal Meta campaigns timed to occasions such as Father’s Day, Graduation, and Back to School.
We also completed the full corporate tracking setup so every reservation could be properly measured and attributed.
The Results
In a recent 28-day window, Google Ads produced:
- 395 conversions
- Average cost per conversion of $3.20
- Brand search campaigns with click-through rates of 39–41%
- Performance Max campaigns delivering high volume at $2.15–$3.25 cost per conversion
Seasonal Meta campaigns added strong reservation volume, with top performers converting between $10.83 and $18.37 per reservation.
Overall Impact
In June, the combined Google and Meta campaigns delivered approximately 9.7x return on ad spend.
Why This Matters
Most local restaurants struggle to turn digital ad spend into consistent, trackable reservations. When proper conversion tracking, smart campaign structure, and local relevance work together, limited budgets can generate strong results at a very efficient cost.
