For Aqua Vita, giving back to the community is just as important as working within it. Generosity and kindness are what people remember the most, and our team works tirelessly to ensure the upcoming generation of young people experience as much thoughtfulness and love as we have.
That’s why we consider Rotary one of the best organizations for serving others.
Aqua Vita at Del Norte Rotary
Out in sunny New Mexico, the western half of the Aqua Vita crew attends Del Norte Rotary. If you’re out west, the Del Norte club is the ideal place for any young professional, business-minded individual, or entrepreneur looking for a great place to expand their skill set and benefit their community.
Rotarians are bound by a set of ethics known as The Four Way Test.
- Is it the truth?
- Is it fair to all concerned?
- Will it build goodwill and better friendships?
- Will it be beneficial to all concerned?
These are the guidelines that we follow in everything we do. When we go to improve our community, we ask ourselves if what we are doing is the right thing by comparing it to these simple standards.
Giving Back is Always Worth It
Our work might seem difficult at first, but it always pays out in the long run. Through community improvements, training the next generation of possible Rotarians, and leading at the forefront against major risks to mankind, we can make a difference in our city, country, or world.
Being a Rotarian can seem hard at first, but it is worth it. Connections are built, opportunities for training (by some of the best in their field) are abundant, people around the globe are shown magnanimity, and one can learn the true meaning of Rotary’s motto, “Service Above Self.”
Becoming a Rotarian is truly a life-changing event, and one that impacts you the rest of your life.
